Civilian and e-scribed prescriptions must be activated by texting “Get in Line” to 833-632-2510 or by visiting our
refill website and following the prompts. You’ll get a text message once your medication is ready for pickup. If you can’t use this option, please call us at 609-754-9464 to activate your prescription or visit our drop box at Window 6 in the pharmacy.
Patients are required to pick up their medications within seven duty days; medications will be returned to stock after 10 calendar days. Please pick up your medications within the specified time. Medications not picked up within the specified time may lose priority status when attempting to refill again. If more time is needed, please contact the pharmacy staff.
Please write the following information on your prescriptions prior to turning them in to be processed:
- Patient Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Address

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool
Use the
TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look up your drug. A search can tell you:
- Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
- Where the prescription can be filled
- Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
- Coverage review requirements and forms
- Alternative medications, including costs
To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.
