Flight Medicine
We offer the full range of acute, routine and preventive medicine for flight and special duty personnel. If you are on flying or controlling status, you will be assigned to the Flight Medicine clinic. To schedule an appointment, leave a message regarding refills or referrals call (866) DRS-APPT (866-377-2778).
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
Clinic Closures:
Flight Medicine will be closed every Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. for Flight and Operational Medicine Working Group (FOMWG)
Medical Group is closed the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 07:30 a.m.-12 p.m. for training and Sick call services will not be provided.
Walk- in Sick Call (issues that have occurred within 48 hours), is Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.

Acute Injuries
Personnel on “Fly” status must check in BEFORE 8:30 a.m. Personnel seen at a civilian emergency room or urgent care after the “sick call” hour must report or contact Flight Medicine the next duty day to provide documents.
Walk- in Return to Flying Status (RTFS) will report from 12:45 – 1:30 p.m.
Personnel must check in BEFORE 1:30 p.m. Personnel seen at a civilian emergency room or urgent care must provide documents.
Periodic Health Assessments (PHA)

To initiate your Fly MHA/PHA, please click the PHAQ Link located in the PHA Column of your IMR Page. Please note: If you are not due for your PHA, you will be prohibited to start a new PHAQ without the MTF unlocking it. Once you complete the PHAQ, you will need to do one of the following:

Contact the appointment line at 1-866-DRS-APPT (1-866-377-2778) to schedule your virtual MHA/PHA with the 87th MDG.

Provide any off-base notes.

If you on the soft contact lens program, please bring your prescription glasses.
